Booth students may send documents to a Booth secure printer remotely and retrieve them when on campus.
Register at the Printer:
See the instructions posted in this article on how to register your card. You only need to do this once!
Email a Document
- From your Booth email account, attach a pdf, Word, PowerPoint or Excel document to an email.
- If you are at, or are going to the Harper Center, send the email to: harperprint@chicagobooth.edu.
- If you are at, or are going to the Gleacher Center, send the email to: gleacherprint@chicagobooth.edu.
- Print jobs can take 10-15 minutes before they appear on the printer
Print your Document at the Printer
- Tap your Chicago ID Card on the printer.
- Select the document to print.
- Select Options to set the number or copies, single or double sided, color/black and white, collate or staple.
- Tap Print and Keep OR Print and Delete.
Note: The Remote Print option requires the documents to be emailed from a Booth email account, and are available in the print queue for 48 hours.
