To create a email signature using the Booth Email Signature Template Generator make sure you are logged in to intranet.chicagobooth.edu
On the home page click the heading that reads Staff Resources
Under Marketing & Communications, select View Marketing and Communications

Scroll down to Quick Links to Resources, Tools, and Assets
Click Create an Email Signature

Select your office, program, department, or research center from the drop down menu. Then, fill in the fields under General Info. If your pre-populated information is incorrect, you can edit it directly to reflect the most up-to-date information. Click Copy Signature, then paste it into the email application of your choice.
