Connect to the Booth VPN if not on campus
Right-click on This PC icon on your desktop and select Map network drive.
Select an available drive letter of your choice using the drop down box. In the Folder window type: \\department\shared drive name. Be sure Reconnect at sign-in is checked and then click Finish.
You should now be mapped to the shared drive.
We recommend going into This PC and right-clicking on the shared drive - select Create shortcut and then select Yes to create a shortcut on your desktop. When you’re wfh, you’ll just need to connect to the VPN and then click on the shortcut to access the drive.
