Wireless Network: Connect to Eduroam (iPhone, iPad)

This article describes how to connect your iPhone or iPad to the UChicago Eduroam Wireless Network. If you encounter problems while trying to connect, contact IT Services.

Join Eduroam

  1. Open your browser and navigate to go.uchicago.edu/eduroam. The application will detect your operating system. Select JoinNow.
  2. A dialog box will open. Select Allow.
  3. A second dialog box will display a prompt for you to install the wireless profile. Select Install.
  4. When prompted to log in, enter your CNetID and password, then select Next.
  5. After the profile is installed, select Done.
  6. Go to Settings > Wi-Fi, then select Eduroam.
  7. You should now be connected to the Eduroam wireless network.

Note: Although the Wi-Fi networks are quite robust, wireless availability can occasionally be intermittent in some locations on campus. Please report these types of issues by completing the Provide Wireless Network Feedback form.
