Booth Information Technology Help Desk Client Portal

Booth Information Technology launched its new Client Portal.  You can open a Help Desk ticket, access request forms, view Knowledge Base articles for answers to general IT questions, and see the latest Help Desk communications, Booth Support Options, and Booth and University System Outages.

1. Type in web browser https://it.chicagobooth.eduUploaded Image (Thumbnail)

2. Sign in located in the right hand corner of screen and login with your CNetID and Password

Once logged in you will see your name in the top right corner (1). Select a menu item from the top navigation (2), the buttons below (3), or use the search in the upper right corner (4). You must log in to report an issue, submit a request, or check on its progress.

  • Request Assistance – open a Help Desk ticket for an issue or general IT request
  • Find Answers – knowledge base articles and step by step guide to answer tech questions
  • My Open Request – view all of your open tickets
  • Services (top navigation only): Search Service Catalog for available request forms for account, hardware and software request
  • Knowledge Base (top navigation only): Answers and step by step instructional guides for general IT questions i.e., how to set up DUO on mobile phone
