Forgot Your CNet Password

Overview

If you’ve forgotten your CNetID password, you can reset it using the University of Chicago’s MyAccount portal.

Reset Your Password

  1. Open a browser and go to:

    https://myaccount.uchicago.edu
  2. On the landing page, click the green button:
    “Go to MyAccount”
  3. On the next page, select:
    “Reset Password”
  4. Follow the prompts to complete your password reset

After Resetting Your Password

  • Use your new password to sign in to Booth systems
  • You may need to update your password on:
    • CVPN
    • Wi-Fi
    • Any saved credentials on your device

Troubleshooting

  • Make sure you are entering your CNetID correctly
  • Try a different browser or incognito window if the page does not load
  • If you are unable to reset your password, contact IT Services at 773.702.5800
