What can the IT KB Chatbot do?

The Booth IT KB Chatbot is a work-in-progress. Currently, the following features work:

1. Article and Form Retrieval (All Users)

Based on a user’s questions, the chatbot will summarize and return relevant articles and forms.

2. Ticket Escalation (All Users)

If the chatbot cannot route you to the right page, it will help you draft and send a ticket to the Help Desk.

3. Ticket Retrieval (All Users)

Users can check their ticket statuses and review previous tickets.

4. E-Mail Alias Creation (Students)

Students can work with the chatbot to create a new e-mail alias that follows the appropriate conventions.
