While the Help Desk aims to serve all Booth students, staff,
and faculty, there are some subjects that are outside of specialization. Please
use the following list below (this list is subject to change)

If you have an AV issue in a Booth classroom, please
directly e-mail avhelp@lists.chicagobooth.edu
Canvas
Booth IT does not manage Canvas. Booth’s Instructional
Design Team in Faculty Services are the best resource for any Canvas-related
questions. Please reach out to canvas@chicagobooth.edu
Facilities
Booth IT does not maintain the clocks, light bulbs, or
ventilation systems in Booth Classrooms. Please reach out to
facilities@lists.chicagobooth.edu if you have an issue with the rooms.
Research Support
For information about our HPC environment, please visit
www.hpc-docs.chicagobooth.edu. Additional dataset information is available on
the Booth Intranet.
Room Reservations (EMS)
While Booth IT does have EMS administrators, we cannot help
with case-by-case issues with room reservations. If you have an issue with the
conferencing systems in a study room, please reach out to
avhelp@lists.chicagobooth.edu
